PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a washer for foul such as soil by handling and tar on the external surface of electric appliances and office products. SOLUTION: An elastic body part 1 is provided with a groove 2 on the upper surface thereof and an uneven part 3 on the lower surface thereof and covered with a washing sheet part 4 impregnated with a washing liquid. The sheet is pinched into the groove 2 and the upper part of the body is covered with a carrying part 5.
