<p>A pressure regulator (100) utilizes a gauge having rugged internal components. The gauge includes a pin (158) and a bias spring (160). One side of the pressure pin (158) communicates directly with the source pressure (S, 102) and is urged by the source pressure to move the pressure pin (158) in a first direction, while the other side is at ambient or atmopsheric pressure. The pressure pin (158) is arranged lenghtwise in the regulator and a disc (180) indicator is mounted on the end of the pressure pin (158). A lens (116) is provided such that the edge of the disc (180) is visible to a user.</p> |
