PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-module structure of a bridge circuit which reduces, especially surge voltage, regarding the structure of a bridge circuit used for a DC-to-AC inverter or the like. SOLUTION: Since the return current flowing in an IGBT Q3, wires 31a and 31b, a copper plate 25, an IGBT Q4, wires 33a and 33b, and a wiring board 27 is exactly the opposite current which flows in a close position, with respect to the forward current flowing from the right to left of the copper plate 23 arranged at the bottom of a module, since there is little occurrence of inductance, and the inductance generated in the module is small, and the surge voltage can be suppressed low. |
