PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing dielectric ceramic capacitor is provided to reduce cost for communication line by allowing voice or character information to be transmitted at a high speed through a power line. CONSTITUTION: A method comprises a first step of mixing BaTiO3 80 to 96 weight percent, CaZrO3 1 to 10 weight percent, SnO2 1 to 10 weight percent and PVA 1 to 10 weight percent, forming a mold at a predetermined pressure, and producing a sintered body(11) by baking the mold at a predetermined temperature; a second step of forming a first electrode(12) and a second electrode(13) with predetermined thickness at both ends of the sintered body, bonding a high voltage terminal to the first electrode, and bonding an earth terminal(15) and a communication terminal(16) to the second electrode; and a third step of filling a housing(21) with an insulating material at the state where the sintered body is inserted into the housing, connecting an end of a coil to the earth terminal and the other end of the coil to a lead terminal, and covering the housing with a first cover and a second cover in such a manner that the housing is sealed at the state where each end of the high voltage terminal, lead terminal and communication terminal is exposed outward. |
