PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head in which a light receiving element fixed by an adhesive is not displaced or separated when it receives a thermal shock or a mechanical shock. SOLUTION: Two sets of notched grooves 2 opposed along the edge part of a surface 1 to be fixed are provided so as to surround the insertion hole 5 of a slide base 21 in a rectangular form. That is, the surface to be fixed 1 is cut downward along the edge part, and the notched grooves 2 having bite parts 2h are provided by boring a little down below the surface to be fixed 1. The cylindrical part 36f of a position adjustment member 36 to which a light receiving element holder 35 is bonded to hold the light receiving element 34 is inserted into an insertion hole 5 and positioned. An ultraviolet curing adhesive is applied into the notched grooves 2. The adhesive cured with an ultraviolet ray is also applied from the light receiving element holder 35 to the position adjustment member 36 to unify the adhesive, and irradiated with an ultraviolet ray to cure. |
