A method for producing a cellulose-based resin film is provided to inhibit generation of scratches or non-uniform film thickness distribution during the ejection of a molten resin from a die. A method for producing a cellulose-based resin film uses a melt film forming process wherein a resin molten in an extruder is ejected onto a moving or rotation cooling support in the form of a sheet from an extruder to cool and solidify the molten resin. In the method, at least the lip(12C) of the die(12), from which the molten resin is ejected, comprises an alloy(13) obtained by electrically spraying 60-95 wt% of tungsten carbide and 5-40 wt% of a composite material based on cobalt or nickel and carbon. The composite material comprises 0.5-3 wt% of chrome or graphite. |
