PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data processor, a data processing system, a data processing method, a storing medium, and a program capable of utilizing a stored document as information in retrieving by extracting only a character code from various information, and preserving the character code in a box together with image data when developing PDL data into the image data. SOLUTION: A digital complex machine 1-4 has the function of preserving the PDL data in a document form, and is provided with a PDL interpreting part 620 for interpreting the PDL data, a PDL plotting part 621 for developing and plotting intermediate data obtained by interpreting the PDL data as the image data, and a page processing part B 612 for linking and preserving the image data and text data in a data storage area 622 by forming the text data from the character code extracted from the intermediate data. |
