PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio monitoring system capable of notifying a monitoring center of abnormality detection information from a radio monitoring device located outside a communication area, and a radio monitoring device. SOLUTION: If an abnormality detecting part 101 of the radio monitoring device 100 detects an abnormal state, a controlling part 104 performs processing so as to transmit abnormality detection information to the monitoring center from a radio device part 102. In the case the radio device part 102 is incommunicable, it is confirmed whether a different monitoring device is connected to a radio local network connected through a radio network device part 103, if the different radio monitoring device is connected and also the radio device part 102 is communicable, the abnormality detection information detected by the radio monitoring device 100 is transmitted to the different monitoring device via the radio local network, and the abnormality detection information is transmitted to the monitoring center by vicariously transmitting the abnormality detection information from a radio device part 102 of the different radio monitoring device. |
