<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, a business form output processing method, a business form output processing program, and a recording medium, which are used for direct printing of a business form by using data stored in a server, while reducing a server load. <P>SOLUTION: A controller 21 of a printer 20 logs into an ASP system 10, and executes a data request processing of a business management data requiring a business form printing. When the download is completed, the controller 21 executes a conversion processing of the business management data, and starts printing. When detecting the completion of printing, the controller 21 of the printer 20 confirms a session status with the ASP system 10, and when the session is maintained, it reports the output completion. On the other hand, when the session is not maintained, the printer controller 21 of the printer 20 logs into the ASP system 10 again, and reports the output completion. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
