PURPOSE: A submersible mixer is provided to smoothen the flow of waste water by employing an inducer for effectively sucking various kinds of waste water and precipitate. CONSTITUTION: A submersible mixer comprises as follows. A guide post(10) is installed on the floor of a waste collecting facility vertically. A mixing unit(M) is equipped with a motor which is horizontally arranged in a main body and a vane(52) which is installed on the motor, and moves along the guide post and to be fixed at an arbitrary location. A lifting unit(20) lifts the mixing unit. A ring-shaped inducer is mounted in the rear side of the mixing unit and guides the waste water to be easily sucked inside.
