PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer information management system capable of realizing a point service system which can offer satisfaction to both a customer and a store side. SOLUTION: This customer information management system for giving customer points corresponding to a purchase amount is provided with a database (14) for managing points having a fixed term of validity from a purchase time by each customer and each purchase, and a means (10) for referring to the database when purchase is made to calculate the total of valid points. |
