PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device or the like that can prevent messages to be frequently transmitted regardless of a cycle to find out whether the communication device is inside a communication service area or outside the communication service area.SOLUTION: A communication device determines whether a communication state is changed from the inside of a communication service area to the outside of the communication service area, or a communication state is changed from the outside of the communication service area to the inside of the communication service area, and gives notice of information indicating a change in the communication state if it has determined that the communication state is changed. If it has determined that the communication state is changed although it has not been moved since it gave notice of the information indicating a change in the communication state, it does not notify a user of the information indicating a change in the communication state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
