PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insulation structure on a substrate capable of increasing the insulation resistance between conductors on an existing substrate flexibly and easily.SOLUTION: In an insulation structure on a substrate for insulating between transformer pins 11, 12, i.e., two conductor components arranged on a substrate 10, a slit 5 is provided on the substrate 10 between the transformer pins 11, 12, the insertion part 3 of an insulation sheet 1 having the insertion part 3 to be inserted into the slit 5 and a shielding part 2 for shielding between the transformer pins 11, 12 is inserted into the slit 5, and the shielding part 2 is stood from the slit 5.
