PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a learning device, a learning method and a program capable of effectively performing learning processing.SOLUTION: An image recognition device 1 executes the steps of: performing recognition processing on recognition object data to generate a recognition result of the recognition object data; generating re-learning data in which the recognition result generated by the recognition processing is set to be a value deviated in a direction away from the recognition result generated by the recognition processing with respect to a correct answer value of the recognition result; and learning a processing parameter of the recognition processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
