A pair of elongated attachment strips (12) are attached at the non-opening end (15) in parallel spaced relation. A non-directional, adjustable attachment is provided by latch surface (19) and hook surface (20) for attaching attachment strips (12) to the opening end (16) of the rectangular pocket enclosure (11).</p> |
