Equipment characterized in that it comprises a water reserve and distribution tank of constant level, with a double body, with two communicating receptacles 12 and 13, there being, in the first one, an air take-off 2 connected to the enclosure for preserving foods and a second supply take-off 3 of an air compressor 5 which actuates a fine-spray device 11 with aspiration from the first receptacle and distribution of a mist of particles to the second, which has a lateral outlet nozzle 14 in communication with the chamber.
