Adjustment of electromagnetic knitter needle selection
摘要
To set the needle selection cycle at a knitter, using an electromagnetic needle selection to operate the needle selectors, has a system to generate electrical signals (5) through the movements of the selectors (3a-3i) by the needle selection unit. The signals are passed to a control computer, where their shapes and intervals are stored in memory. The stored signals are compared with the pulses of the needle cycles (6) at the computer. The pulse sequence of the needle cycle (6) is varied by the computer until the cycle pulses are aligned with the signals (5) within a defined time and position tolerance.
