Dough mixer that can also be used as a meat processor. The mixing blades (2,3) are such that they can process meat or make dough. Mounted on a shaft (B) the two flat blades are displaced at an angle. The mixing bowl (1) has a raised central boss (7) so that the working portion is a circular channel (6) with a partially circular profile (4). The bowl rotates about its axis (A) at between 5 - 12 rpm whilst the blades, whose shaft (B) is at right angles to (A), rotate at between 1000 and 1500 rpm. The blades rotate in a radial plane relative to axis (A) and their center of rotation is also the center of the profile (4). Dough can be prepared in about two minutes.
