PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch type exercise recording medium for taking exercises by positioning an exercise for storing a character position as a 1st step exercise and reducing an exercise amount of a Roman character input method to a fifth of a conventional method or less, and using character string for exercise considering appearing frequencies of characters both in Japanese and English as a 2nd step exercise. SOLUTION: As for a Roman character input touch type exercise recording medium, a touch type exercise file for inputting Japanese in Roman character is used starting with a 1st file for a Roman characters for storing 1st step character positions, and is sequentially used in order of a 2nd file for Roman characters, a 3rd file for Roman characters, and exercises are sequentially taken on a 2nd step frequency order 1st file, a frequency order 2nd file, and a frequency order 3rd file.
