PURPOSE: Devised is a functional holahoop improving blood circulation and hormone secretion by forming several protrusions at the inner part of holahoop. CONSTITUTION: When user's skin (8) contacts with a protrusion part, the user's skin is sucked by the centrifugal force, thereby compressing air contained in the holahoop. And, the compressed air opens an air controlling element (2), user's skin is sucked again by vacuum pressure.
