PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device capable of picking up an incident light image independently of the mechanical error of an aperture part and detecting luminous flux at a specified position on the incident light image. SOLUTION: In this image pickup device, the luminous flux LF passing through the aperture part 5 in one direction is detected by a detection part 9, and the position designating luminous flux LB passing through the aperture part 5 in a reverse direction is made incident on the position (x, y) of the 1st light image IM1 on an image pickup surface corresponding to the specified position (x, y) of a 2nd light image IM2, so that the detected result on the luminous flux LF detected by the detection part 9 shows data on the specified position of the incident light image shown by the position designating luminous flux LB regardless of the mechanical error at the time of moving through the aperture part 5.
