REMOTE MONITOR SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain current information including information at the time of generation of an abnormality by reading operating information from a refrigerating device irrespective of a regular period when the generation of abnormality is detected and storing it in a memory. SOLUTION: With the lapse of prescribed time, a timer 19 is reset and a microcomputer 10 reads the operating information of a gas heat pump air conditioner to store the operating information and abnormal information in a static RAM 18 together with date as the current information. The microcomputer returns to the reading operation of abnormal information and a monitor operation for generation of the abnormality and repeats the operations when the abnormality is not detected. When a remote monitor device 1 detects the generation of the abnormality in the air conditioner, the microcomputer 10 reads the operating information upon generation of the abnormality to store the operating information and the abnormal information as well as date in the RAM 18 as the current information. The remote monitor device 1 calls a host computer 4 through a public communication line 3 to inform the computer 4 of the information of the detection of the abnormality of the air conditioner and transmits the stored current information stored in the RAM 18.
