PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle which prevents its temples from pressing the sides of the face of a wearer and biting into the skin thereof. SOLUTION: The spectacle is provided with a temple 1 attached to a bracket 3 which is fixed to a rim frame, through a hinge. The temple 1 has an easily bendable part 1a protruding outwards in an arc shape. The easily bendable part 1a is positioned nearer to the base of the temple than a point located at 1/2 of the length L between the base of the temple and an ear point EP. Accordingly, when the face width of the wearer is made to be wider than the width between the temples of the spectacle, the bendable parts are moved forward to the utmost, and the sides of the face, specifically the temples of the wearer are prevented from being bitten into the temporal parts of the face by the temples of the spectacle.
