<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a narrow-pitch alignment jig for ultrafine wires capable of surely aligning and retaining ultrafine wires even in narrow pitches. <P>SOLUTION: The narrow-pitch alignment jig 1 for ultrafine wires is equipped with a first roller part 7 having a first large-diameter shim ring (a first large-diameter part) 3 and a first small-diameter shim ring (a first small-diameter part) 5 having disk-like shapes with different sizes in outer diameters and thicknesses in an axial direction, respectively, and a first axial part 6 with the first large-diameter shim ring 3 and the first small-diameter shim ring 5 alternatively arranged in the axial direction, and a second roller part 12 having a disk-like second small-diameter shim ring 8 with a nearly same thickness of the axial direction of the first large-diameter shim ring 3, and a disk-like second large-diameter shim ring 10 having a different outer diameter from the second small-diameter shim ring 8 and nearly the same thickness in the axial direction as the first small-diameter shim ring 5, and a second axial part 11 arranged in almost parallel to the first axial part 6 and with the second small-diameter shim ring 8 and the second large-diameter shim ring 10 alternatively arranged in the axial direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
