PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aluminum alloy sheet excellent in surface properties to prevent the occurrence of rough skin even after blow molding relating to a heat treatment type aluminum alloy of an Al-Mg-Si (6,000) system having appropriate blow moldability, and its production method. SOLUTION: The aluminum alloy is composed of 0.9 to 1.5% Si (mass%, hereinafter the same), 0.6 to 1.0% Mg, 0.05 to 0.25% Mn, 0.10 to 0.30% Zr, 0.05 to 0.30% Fe, <0.05% Cr, <0.05% Cu, and the balance Al and inevitable impurities, The maximum crystal grain size after the blow molding is <100μm.
