PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a leakage of fluids from the passage early and reliably in a micro-reactor. SOLUTION: The chemical reactor 100 has a pump 108 capable of feeding the first solution 101 and the second solution 102 and a micro-reactor having a passage 103 mixing the first and second solutions to allow them to react. The rates of feeding the first and second solutions to the micro-reactor are controlled by a pump controller 113. The micro-reactor has the first base plate formed with the passage and the second base plate joined air-tightly to the first base plate.
