PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the display of a dynamic image of an object moving with changes in the direction and speed of its movement by causing no oscillation in screen without making observing persons feel nasty. SOLUTION: When a mobile object is operated to move according to operation data involved in the actions of the mobile object stored in a data memory part 206, an image data for the display of the mobile object is generated by moving a virtual camera at a fixed speed following the direction in which the mobile object moves while capturing it within a frame.
