PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller with a voltage detection function in a static electric therapy apparatus, which is capable of giving the sense of security to a person to be treated by preventing the person to be treated from carelessly receiving the high potential of several thousands of volts when detecting the potential. SOLUTION: An operation part comprises: a power off switch 11 for turning off the power source of a static electric therapy apparatus body 51; a treatment selection switch 12 for selecting the method of a static electric therapy or the like; a treatment start switch 13 for activating the static electric therapy apparatus body 51 by the setting of the method of the static electric therapy or the like; an operation information transmission part 14 for transmitting operation contents to the static electric therapy apparatus body 51; a potential detection confirmation lamp 15 and a potential detection confirmation buzzer not shown in the figure, for confirming whether or not high potential is applied to the body of the person to be treated; and a potential detection switch 16 to be pressed when it is needed to detect the potential.
