A camera module, its assembling apparatus and its assembling method are provided to reduce costs for fabricating a mold pattern to form a thread on a housing and a lens barrel. A PCB(Printed Circuit Board)(110) includes an image sensor(120) mounted thereon. A housing(130) is installed at an upper portion of the PCB. A lens barrel(160) is assembled with the housing along the direction of a light axis and includes a lens group mounted therein. Elastic members(190) are installed between the housing and the lens barrel and elastically support the lens barrel in the assembling direction when the lens barrel is assembled to the housing. The elastic members are installed at an upper edge portion of the housing and elastically support a lower edge portion of the lens barrel when the lens barrel and the housing are assembled. Fixing grooves(145), in which the elastic members are installed, are formed along the upper edge portion of the housing.
