PURPOSE: A vane pump is provided to prevent low pump efficiency by connecting a wall surface of a suction path and an outer surface of a ring chamber. CONSTITUTION: A vane pump comprises multiple slits(7), vanes(8), a ring chamber(6), multiple pump chamber(9), and a rotating part(4). The vanes are accepted to each slit. The ring chamber is divided by the vanes, and forms the pump chambers. The rotating part rotates, and discharges fluid inhaled to the pump chambers by expanding or shrinking the volume of the pump chambers.
