PURPOSE: A liquors discharging apparatus having an anti-oxidation function of liquor is provided to discharge the proper amount of liquor and keep the liquor for a long time. CONSTITUTION: A cap assembly is detachably inserted in the entrance of a container. A gas injection path and a liquors discharge path are formed inside the cap assembly. A gas supply unit is connected to the cap assembly. The inactive gas is injected through an inactive gas injection path and the gas supply unit discharges the main liquor through the liquors discharge path. A settling unit in which the container is settled is formed on a housing(201). A display window(203) and an operation button(204) are formed in the housing. The amount of discharged liquor is controlled by adjusting a lid opening lever(150).
