The present invention relates to a service error detection apparatus for a cloud streaming service, and an end-to-end service monitoring system and method including the same and, more particularly, to a service error detection apparatus for a cloud streaming service and an end-to-end service monitoring system and method including the same, which can check a service state of each service region by monitoring a situation in which a service is implemented in a user device disposed at an end. The service error detection apparatus comprises: a client management unit which transmits a control signal to a cloud streaming server; a service error detection unit which detects whether a failure occurs; and a message transmission unit which transmits message information regarding whether the failure occurs. According to the present invention, a support can be provided such that a service state of a cloud streaming server can be checked by an administrator or a service management center in real time and a support can be provided such that, when a failure occurs, a message can be transmitted and a rapid measures to solve the failure can be taken. |
