MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COTTON LINTER PULP REDUCED FIBER NEPS

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a cotton-linter pulp with a reduced fiber nep and, more specifically, to a technology capable of minimizing the content of a fiber nep within the pulp by using a dry-type defibration device with a cylindrical drum wherein a saw-toothed wire is mounted in a step of removing foreign materials from a cotton-linter fiber and using a conical fiber separating device for grinding the cotton-linter fiber with water capable of inducing a cut of the fiber in a step of forming a sheet. According to the present invention, the content of the fiber nep within the cotton-linter pulp can be reduced by a simple and efficient method through the dualized fiber nep reducing step, thus an effect of minimizing bad influences due to the fiber nep in aspects of whiteness, viscosity, formation, mechanical strength, appearance, and the like is obtained.
