摘要 The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for a non-crosslinked polypropylene-based expanded sheet for use as an automotive interior material. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manufacturing method which can stably produce a non-crosslinked polypropylene-based expanded sheet having superior heat resistance, cold resistance, moisture resistance, dimensional stability, impact absorption, fuse ability, hardness, resilience and chemical resistance compared to the conventional material in use, and in which a foaming magnitude can be suitably adjusted according to the purpose of the use; the molding temperature during a secondary processing can be lowered to reduce the energy cost; and a TPO resin can be added to produce a strong and resilient sheet suitable for use as an automotive interior material. The present invention, when applied, makes it possible to stably produce a non-crosslinked polypropylene-based expanded sheet having superior heat resistance, cold resistance, moisture resistance, dimensional stability, impact absorption, ability to fuse and bond, hardness, resilience and chemical resistance, and also possible to suitably adjust the foaming magnitude according to the purpose of the use. Further, according to the present invention, the facilities and processing time can be reduced; the generation of defective products can be minimized; the sheet produced through the manufacturing method can be suitably used as an automotive interior material; a molding temperature during the secondary processing can be lowered, thus reducing the energy cost; and the yield can be improved.
