OPENABLE FENCE

The present invention relates to an openable fence capable of safely evacuating injured people or old and weak people and preventing the fence from becoming an obstacle by being opened to a passage in case of emergency. The present invention comprises: posts stood in both sides at a distance from the ground; multiple cross beams placed between the posts at regular intervals; a hanging beam keeping the cross beams at regular intervals by being inserted into the posts to be hung on both end parts of the cross beams; a rotating beam hinged with the bottom of the posts to form a tread as the cross beams are arranged and laid; and a manipulating tool moving the cross beams downward to gather and arrange the beams on the rotating beam by releasing the hung hanging beam. Therefore, the present invention is capable of safely evacuating injured people or old and weak people and preventing the fence from becoming an obstacle to a rescue in an accident by being opened to a passage, enabling moving units such as a wheelchair or trolley to easily move by placing the cross beams of the fence over a boundary stone between a sidewalk and a vehicle road, and preventing a secondary accident through a lighting lamp installed on the fence.
