PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite containing DNA useful as a hydrogel raw material capable of being synthesized largely at low cost, a gel and gel-sol reversible composition containing the same and further a manufacturing method of the composite.SOLUTION: There are provided a composite constituted by a hydroxyl group-containing compound and DNA where DNA binds to a hydroxyl group of the hydroxyl group-containing compound, the hydroxyl group-containing compound has 2 or more hydroxyl groups in a molecule and is a polymer or a copolymer of polyether, polysaccharide or hydroxyethyl methacrylate and same or different 2 or more DNAs bind to the hydroxyl group-containing compound, a gel containing the composite, a gel-sol reversible composition containing the composite and a manufacturing method of the composite including a process of extending two or more DNAs via the hydroxyl group of the hydroxyl group-containing compound having 2 or more hydroxyl groups in the molecule by a liquid phase synthesis.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
