PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new frozen food obtained by covering a main food material with a roast color-having mayonnaise taste coating material. SOLUTION: This roast color-having mayonnaise taste frozen food is obtained by covering a main food material 1, such as a baked meatball, with a coating material 3 comprising 100 pts.wt. of mayonnaise and 300 to 500 pts.wt. of steamed and crushed potato, roasting the product to suitably give the roast color to the surface of the coating material 3, leaving the product to cool, and then quickly cooling the product. |
