<p>PURPOSE:To control the supply amount of air oxidizing sulfite and that of a limestone slurry to an absorbing tower by avoiding the closure due to gypsum in an absorbing solution supply nozzle part, and continuously quantifying the concns. of sulfite and carbonate in an absorbing solution to continuously analyze the concn. of low concn. sulfite and carbonate in the absorbing solution with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A part of an absorbing solution is withdrawn from an absorbing tower 100 and an acid is added to the sample of the absorbing solution from a line 113 in a degassing tower 112 to adjust the sample to a predetermained pH value, and inert gas is supplied into the sample from a line 125 to bubble the sample and the concns. of generated SO2 and CO2 are delected by an analyser 115 and the concns. of SO2 and CO2 in the absorbing solution are operated on the basis of the detection signal from the analyser 115 by an operator 116 and, on the basis of the concn. signal from the operator 116, the supply amount of air from a line 104 and that of limestone from a line 109 to the absorbing solution of the absorbing tower 100 are controlled.</p> |
