PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coenzyme Q10 -containing material having improved absorptivity in a body, and a food or feed containing the same. SOLUTION: The coenzyme Q10 -containing material is obtained by adding a heat-melted coenzyme Q10 to a heated edible oil or adding coenzyme Q10 to an edible oil followed by heating and melting, and cooling the mixture of the coenzyme Q10 and the edible oil. The product contains the coenzyme Q10 deposited in a crystal form. The material can be used in a form enclosed in microcapsules, soft capsules or hard capsules. The coenzyme Q10 -containing material itself or the capsulated material can be used by adding it to a food or a feed. |
