The proposal is for novel detergent mixtures with improved foaming properties and increased skin cosmetic tolerance, containing (a) fatty acid-N-alkyl polyhydroxyl amides and (b) sugar tensides selected from the group consisting of (b1) saccharose esters, (b2) sorbitane esters, and/or (b3) polysorbates. The mixtures are suitable for the production of a plurality of surface-active agents.
