PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide image communication equipment with which high-quality image communication is enabled and the operability is improved. SOLUTION: When an image in a specific color or shape is detected by a pointer detection part 109, the position information of that image is detected by the pointer detection part 109. Then, based on the detected position information, pointing cursor information is displayed while overlaying the entire image of document original outputted and displayed by a display VRAM 110 by an image compositing processing part 105, the position information is sent to the opposite side of a communicating party by the system control part 13, and the pointing cursor information is displayed while overlaying the entire image of document original outputted and displayed by the display VRAM 110 on the present side for the informed communicating party by the image composting processing part 105. |
