PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining material being easily carried into a pipe line, being capable of lightening a burden on an operation in the pipe line, being capable of ensuring a stable sure fusion-bonded state even in the case of a sewer pipe line, being particularly available by applying to the repair of the internal surface of the existing sewer pipe line having a large bore and its building method. SOLUTION: In the lining material used for building a lining on the internal surface of the pipe line by applying a pipe-in-pipe construction method, the lining material has a flat cylindrical member capable of being carried into the pipe line connected to a shaft through the shaft for an operation in a flat cylindrical form, the flat cylindrical member is composed of a belt plate-shaped member made of flexible plastics having a large number of ribs extended in the longitudinal direction on a rear, and the belt plate-shaped member is fusion- bonded at joining end sections at both ends in the longitudinal direction. |
