Liquid-cooled combustion grille, with primary air apertures in endface side of grille rod head

The grille includes grille rods in which there are slit-like primary air apertures (10) to bring in combustion air. These apertures are in the endface side (21) of the grille rod head (15). The primary air flow rate prevents a blockage of the apertures and a collapse of the grille. There are head cooling fins (20) running along the rods in the region of the rod head.
