PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce user's operation burden by automatically generating transfer prearrangement information on the basis of transfer history information. SOLUTION: This device consists of an operation displaying part provided with a displaying part 11 for displaying the guide information of an input operation and an inputting part 12, a transfer processing part 22 for transferring a designated amount to a designated account on a designated date, a storing part 21 where the transfer history information including a transfer date, a transfer amount and transfer destination information is recorded, and a transfer processing part 22 for generating the transfer prearrangement information including a transfer prearranged date information and the transfer destination information on the basis of the periodicity of the history information stored in the storing part. The part 22 displays the generated transfer prearrangement information on the part 11 in the order of a prearranged transfer date in a correctable way.
