PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid chemical sprayer that helps automate a liquid chemical spraying process, ensures uniform treatment quality and improve mass producibility and a liquid chemical spraying method using the device. SOLUTION: The chemical spray is comprised of a trousers pattern body 1 for mounting trousers P to be treated, and a nozzle supporting rings 2 put through right and left leg portions 12 and 13 of the trousers pattern body 1, and in addition by delivering and discharging a medium into the trousers form body 1, sheet materials 15 covering the periphery of the trousers form body 1 can be expanded and contracted.
