PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fall-off pretension band for a swing to secure the safety of a baby playing the swing while there are many incidents in which the baby playing the swing falls off from the swing and gets injured. SOLUTION: A stretching cloth 1 is put around the body of a baby from the belly through the crotch to the back and is fastened with shoulder bands 2. A band 3 on the stretching cloth 1 is fixed on the handrail of a swing. A band 4 is fixed on the seat 6 of the swing.
