PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication system which is possible to be installed in an additional service server also, and can prevent mismatching of setting between an IP-PBX and the additional service server. SOLUTION: A communication unit with the additional service server (a personnel information system 5 and a personnel information database 6) is installed inside the IP-PBX 1, and a memory device of the IP-PBX 1 installs information corresponding to an identifier, an input value and an output value in a case performing setting change of the additional service server as a database (a lookup table). If a maintenance staff performs the setting of the IP-PBX 1 through a maintenance terminal, the IP-PBX 1 automatically performs the setting of the additional service server based on the lookup table.
