MOVING VEHICLE TRACKING AND PARKED VEHICLE EXTRACTION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ILLEGAL-PARKING MANAGEMENT

A system and a method for monitoring an illegal-parking vehicle are provided to trace moving and parked vehicles by using a double difference scheme and a Gaussian interpolation. A system for monitoring illegal-parking vehicle includes a vehicle movement tracing unit(1), a parked vehicle extracting unit(2), and an illegal parked vehicle regulating unit(3). The vehicle movement tracing unit traces an illegal parked vehicle. The parked vehicle extracting unit extracts images from the traced illegal parked vehicle. The illegal parked vehicle regulating unit processes the information on the illegal parked vehicle.
