<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly line-organizing system which can prepare, within a practical time, optimum assembly lines for assemblies which are constituted of a plurality of components. <P>SOLUTION: The assembly line-organizing system is provided with an assembling order deriving process 100 which derives assembling order for finished products, which are formed by assembling a plurality of components together along assembling axes, which are the loci of the moving components, when the components are assembled; and a line-preparation process 200 which prepares assembling lines, on the basis of the assembling order obtained by the assembling order introduction process 100. The line-preparation process 200 is provided with an element operation information-generating means 17, which generates element operation information which enumerates element operations according to the assembling order; and a line-preparation means 18 which divides the element operation information by using prescribed dividing conditions to prepare the line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
