PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle driving support system, a driving support device, a vehicle, and a vehicle driving support method for determining the dangerous traveling state of a plurality of vehicles in front and determining the dangerous traveling state of an own vehicle according to the determined result. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle device determines whether any one of vehicles in front is in a dangerous traveling state based on the speed of each vehicle in front, a distance to the stop line of each vehicle in front, a yellow signal start time, a yellow signal time, and the like. When determining that one of the vehicles in front is in the dangerous traveling state, the on-vehicle device specifies the stop position of the own vehicle, assuming that the vehicles in front stop in front of an intersection, and determines whether the own vehicle can stop behind the front vehicle in the rearmost row. When determining that the vehicles in front are not in the dangerous traveling state, the on-vehicle device determines whether the own vehicle can stop at the intersection when the vehicles in front pass through the intersection.
